Ryan Hertz

Ryan was born and raised in Western Montana and relocated to Maui in 2002 to escape a Rocky Mountain winter. What was intended to be a temporary stay quickly became a permanent move as he embraced island life and built his future here. In 2004, he met his wife, Desire’e, and together they are proud parents to their two children, Ryland and Madilyn. Family is at the heart of everything Ryan does, and he feels truly blessed to be raising his children on the beautiful island of Maui.

With more than 18 years of experience in Maui real estate and finance, Ryan brings deep market knowledge and firsthand experience navigating a wide range of market cycles. He is committed to delivering honest, friendly, and professional service, grounded in the belief that exceptional customer care begins with a strong understanding of the products and programs available. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys taking full advantage of Maui’s outdoor lifestyle. Whether surfing north swells in the winter, hiking and biking Haleakala, fishing local reefs, or camping in Hana, he embraces the active island life he is proud to call home.
