The Kuikahi 100% Workforce Housing neighborhood is an infill, multi-use design. Inspired by Maui’s neighborhoods such at Paia, Lahaina, Makawao, and Wailuku, the look, feel, and comfort of this community is traditional Hawaii.

Multifamily Condos, Duplexes, Tiny Homes, Single Family Residences and Live Work homes will all be incorporated into this community.  Through this wide variety of homes we aim to serve as many segments of Maui’s workforce community as possible.
